Robert Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer of Arkley Developments Limited, bringing over twenty years of experience in finance, secured lending, and real estate. He has managed more than £1 billion in property transactions and over £500 million in lending across his career. Robert leads the company’s strategy, acquisitions, and long-term growth, with a strong focus on disciplined investment and income-producing assets. He combines institutional financial expertise with hands-on operational oversight across the portfolio.

Jiten Nayak is a senior finance, investment, and real estate professional with 20+ years of international experience across hospitality, private equity–backed platforms, and large-scale real estate. He is a Chartered Accountant, CFA, and LSE graduate, combining institutional financial discipline with hands-on execution. As Group CFO of Giri Hotels, he oversees a 60+ hotel portfolio across the UK and USA with revenues exceeding £250m, leading acquisitions, refinancing, and portfolio optimisation. Previously, he executed £350m+ of investments at a London family office and advised the UK Parliament on major national real estate assets.
